About me:

I was born and raised in Bay City, Michigan. I am an alumni of Bay City’s public and parochial schools. I once walked the halls of Washington as a junior high student. I now walk these halls as an educator.

I have been blessed with 5 children. Christina is a sophomore at Bay City Central. Andrea is studying Social Work at Delta and SVSU.
Henry, and his wife Kristi, live just minutes away and are expecting their first child this spring. Two of my children live out of state. My eldest daughter Tanya lives in Hawaii with her husband Will and David is living and working in Texas.
Our family continues to grow. Andrea is engaged and will be married to TJ this June. Everyone is busy with the plans for that big day.

I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t teaching in some capacity. I have worked in the Bay City District for 3years. I tutor dyslexic students twice a week and teach Sunday school as well. I am never bored.
People ask me what my dream job would be and I tell them that I already have it.
I am a Bay City Public Schools Media Teacher and I get to share my love of books with others.
